DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping is calculated and invoiced separately after the sale according to the weight of the work and your location, we will be in touch to arrange or you are welcome to organise collection/courier by prior arrangement.
Within the UK, we use fully tracked Royal Mail, Fedex or similar services for small items. As a guideline, unframed prints could be £5-15 while framed prints or small paintings £20-40. For larger or glazed items we try to work out the safest and most cost effective means of delivery with a specialist art courier and quote separately.
We endeavour to get artwork delivered as quickly as possible but it may take as much as 10 working days to process and ship orders.
Overseas shipping is available on a case by case, fully quoted basis (and additional taxes and import duties may also apply).
We want you to be really pleased with your purchase. If any item we send does not meet your expectations then please contact Kate within 7 working days of receipt of the artwork to discuss it and potentially receive a full refund. If a piece of art is returned, you must ensure it is in the same condition in which it was sent and packed well to avoid damage in transit. If an item is returned damaged, the refund will be reduced to reflect the reduction in value. All artwork is your responsibility until it is returned to Kate Preston Art.
