The Artists: Miranda Legard

As well as being a great friend, Miranda is a very talented artist.  Not one to shout about her own talent, I have finally persuaded her to join Kate Preston Art.  

Miranda studied at Humberside University followed by a period in the USA at the Post Graduate School of Art in Boston.  She is a versatile and accomplished artist, having worked on portrait commissions for prestigious establishments such as The Wellcome Foundation; but is equally at home with oil paintings and studies in pen & ink.

She is based in North Yorkshire where she runs regular life drawing classes.
